Placement Process

Placement Process consists of two or more rounds depending on the company. Each round has specific purpose and candidates will be forwarded to next round only if they clears current round. Below are the rounds that companies might keep for candidates. (Remember companies does not keep all round mentioned below they only conduct at most three rounds)

Technical Round

Managerial Round
HR Interview

Aptitude Round
The purpose of this round is to test the candidate's ability of problem solving. This round contains the multiple choice questions of quantitative, verbal, reasoning. The lists of chapters are given below.

Quantitative

Verbal ability and Reading Comprehension
Verbal ability mainly tests your English grammar and understanding skills of English
  • Synonyms and Antonyms

 

Data Interpretation

In this section data is presented before you in the various forms such as tables, Pie charts, graphs.etc.. The DATA can be presented in any of forms below.

 

Data Sufficiency

In Data sufficiency questions you will be presented with a statement that is followed by two other statements, the candidate has to tell whether the given statements are enough to solve the question. Interestingly he doesn't need to solve the question but he/she has to answer whether this question is solvable or not. This type of question tests confirms candidates.

Analytical and Logical Reasoning

In this section, questions will be given to test your ability to solve the logical problems and analytical problems. The logical puzzles are given followed by some typical questions, you need to interpret the logic and answer the questions. The puzzles can be of various types, such as Direction Puzzles, Relations ship puzzles, symbol based problems.

Group Discussion

This round consists set of technical question on your area of specialization (computers, mechanical..Etc).

Technical Interview
A panel of two or more people will be asking questions related to your field. Questions will be on fundamentals of your subject but not straight, Interviewers will twist question to make you confuse. Lot of people say if you are good in fundamentals then this round is pretty easy to pass through

Managerial Round
Managerial round tests your level of confidence and ability to manage your stress.
They will ask about your academics, final year projects, fundamentals and paper submissions.

HR Interview
HR interview tests your interest and enthusiasm to work for their company. Interviwers put normal questions but they expects answer which shows your interest on work.

HOW TO APPLY FOR PASSPORT????


Simple 8 steps are as following...

1. Fill-up the online form at
http://rpobangalore.gov.in/frm_online_reg_public.asp


OR
Buy a passport form at R.T.Nagar Post office, just Rs.25 in working hours.

If you are wants to other place than go to
http://passport.gov.in/pms/OnlineRegistration.jsp?pocode=BPL

2.After fill-up of form, the website asking....appointment date.
Choose those date at which you are able to go Passport office.

3.Apply for Bonafide certificate from IIBS college
Only those, who staying in IIBS hostel.
For other please ask a agreement letter from your flat owner.

While applying for a fresh passport attach two copies of the following documents:

  • Your recent colour photograph
Size: 3.5 X 3.5 cms


  • Proof of address (attach one of the following)
Applicant’s ration card, Water /telephone /electricity bill/statement of running bank account/Income Tax Assessment Order /Election Commission ID card, Gas connection Bill, Spouse’s passport copy, parent’s passport copy in case of minors.
(NOTE: If any applicant submits only ration card as proof of address, it should be accompanied by one more proof of address out of the above categories).

  • Proof of Date of Birth
In the case of applicants born on or after 26.01.89, only Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or the Office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths is acceptable.
  • Bonafide certificate from IIBS college

How to Make a Music CD Using Windows Media Player


Being able to hear your favorite music on your PC in the order that you pick is nice; but being able to hear that same music in the same carefully selected order while in traffic is even better. Windows Media Player allows you to do just that by recording your music files to a CD that is playable in most car and individual CD players. Read on to find out how.
Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

Place a blank CD into your CD recorder drive. Not all CD players are burners. If it is not a burner you can not record with it.

Launch Media Player through the "Start" menu or on the Desktop. If you only see the small condensed version of the window, press "CTRL" and "1" for the full screen.

Rip the songs onto the hard drive that you want to copy or burn onto a CD.

Click the arrow under the "Burn" tab. Select "Audio CD." Click the correct drive that you want to burn to. Change the drive by clicking "Next Drive" in the on the upper right hand area of the screen.

Find the songs you want, click each one and drag to the left side under "Burn List." This does not remove it from the hard drive or move it permanently to another folder or directory. Do this for each song you want. The music that you have ripped to the hard drive is organized several different ways on the right hand of the window. Double click a song to hear it if unsure that you want it on your CD.

Delete any mistakenly copied songs on the Burn List by right clicking it on and select "Remove From List."

Drag the files up and down the Burn List until they are in the order that you want to hear them. Click the button "Start Burn." When the music is done being burned to the CD, Media Player will return to the normal screen and say "Complete."
